There was an attempted burglary in Norwood, where the guard had been accosted but managed to trigger the panic signal before having his security equipment taken from him.
25/08/18
A panic signal was triggered at a Petrol Station in Norwood, where an individual was robbed after using the ATM, the suspects had fled by the time Response arrived.
26/08/18
Burglary attempt in Park Road, intruders entered a flat which was not protected by the alarm. Fortunately, nothing was stolen.

Upon receiving a panic signal the Response was dispatched to Mqhayi Street. A suspect had unsuccessfully attempted to steal a cellphone from a student who was armed with pepper spray.

A cash register was stolen from a Pharmacy in Port St Johns. The keyholder was contacted when the alarm signal was received and a break-in was confirmed with the store's guard.

The Response was dispatched to an attempted burglary on Gobodo Street. The intruders had bent a security gate and broken a door but upon triggering the alarm they fled with nothing.

The alarm was triggered at a store on Bridge Street. The Response arrived and were informed by the guards that someone was running on the roof, the suspect was not found.
