• Reports of keyholders having multiple unknown phone calls come through essentially blocking the control room's attempts to contact keyholders in the event of an incident.
• We advise that our clients if receiving a constant barrage of unsolicited phone calls, to please contact our control room to confirm if all is well.
• If uncertain of a supposed call from the control room, phone the control room to confirm. If still uncertain contact a manager.

• Test alarm systems regularly - At least once a month, to make sure that it is functional.

• Keep your keyholder information updated. Be pro-active with your security.
