Armed robbery at a clothing store on Bridge Street. An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen from the tills.

A butchery in Tsolo was burgled. Police were informed and upon gaining access to the premises, confirmed a break-in but uncertain of what was taken.

Alarm signal was received from a house on Mathews Street. The Response reported an attempted burglary as windows had been opened, the only thing taken was a car battery from a car parked on the premises.

A liquor store in Fort Gale was robbed by 3x armed men. The staff was harassed, cash and liquor were stolen.

A clothing store on York Road was burgled. The suspects entered through the backdoor, taking stock and toiletries.

There was a burglary at a guest house on Park Road. A side door was broken through and a TV was stolen.

An armed robbery was reported at a clothing store on Eagle Street. Money was stolen from the cash registers and the safe.

A burglary at a school in Lindile Location was reported by the principal. The guard was assaulted, alarm damaged and cellphones were stolen from an office.

Another school on Thornhill Road reported, the following day, that a burglary had occurred. The alarm was not armed and a large amount of equipment was stolen including laptops, printers, and tablets.

The Response was dispatched to a burglary on Owen Street, suspects broke the front door. Client confirmed that nothing had been stolen.

Alarm signal was received from a school in Ikwezi. There was a break-in, while the school guard was sleeping. It was confirmed that nothing was stolen.

A major burglary occurred at a liquor store in Vulindlela. The response was dispatched after an alarm failure signal was received. After gaining access to the premises the on-site guard was eventually located tied up but unharmed. 3x Suspects were viewed on the cameras stealing alcohol.

A Panic signal was received from a hardware store in Chris Hani. Armed assailants took nothing from the store but fled with the owner's car, fortunately, it was recovered nearby.

A call was received about an armed robbery at a store on Eagle Street. 4x Armed assailants stole money and stock from the store, including staff belongings such as cellphones.

An armed robbery occurred at a clothing store on York Street. The Response was informed that around 10x suspects were involved and stole an unknown amount of money from the cash registers.

A call was received from a client's home on Chief Jojo Drive reporting that intruders were attempting to break-in. They fled before the Response arrived, a gate and locks were damaged.

A panic signal was received from a fast food outlet on Madeira Street. 3x Armed assailants made off with the money from the cash registers.

An alarm signal was received from a school in Ikwezi. The Response arrived and confirmed an attempted burglary finding a broken window. The thieves had not managed to take anything.

A Panic signal was received from a supermarket in Qumbu. The "guard" (Under duress or an imposter) was contacted and claimed the panic was triggered by mistake. Upon further contact with the client and police, a shootout between the police and armed assailants was confirmed. The criminals escaped.

Calls were received reporting a burglary at a furniture store on Eagle Street. The roller door was forced open and the glass door was broken, a number of TVs were stolen.

Calls were received about an armed robbery which occurred at a bottling company in Vulindlela. Upon investigation, it was reported that no money was acquired but they took a laptop.

A client called reporting an armed robbery in progress at a liquor store in Tsolo. The Police were contacted to investigate and falsely determined everything was fine. After the Police investigated a 2nd time, it was confirmed that 2x armed Suspects held up the cash office.

The shops surrounding a butchery on York Road pressed panic buttons alerting Protek to an armed robbery in progress. 3x Suspects stole money from a cash register, one of which was apprehended and handed over to the Police.
