An attempted break-in was discovered at a high school on Madeira Street after receiving a signal. The Response confirmed that windows were damaged, principal and deputy principal said they will investigate when they get to school. The Police were informed.

The Response attended to a panic signal from a store on Sutherland Street, upon arrival they were informed of an armed robbery which occurred. A large sum of money was taken from the tills by 2x armed suspects, who fled before the Response arrived. Madeira police station was informed.

A panic signal was received from a store on York Road after several suspects attempted to rob the store. 1x Suspect was apprehended and the speed point recovered. Police were informed and suspect handed over.

The Response was dispatch after receiving signals from a client’s holding in Mpindweni. It was discovered that one of the beams at a kraal was damaged. It appeared to be an attempt at livestock theft.

An alarm signal was received, in the morning, from a house in Nickel Place. Upon investigation, the Response was fooled into believing the account of a man who was discovered on the scene pretending to be the gardener. The client called in the afternoon, reporting a burglary. The Supervisor confirmed that the back door had been broken and a plasma tv and a suitcase were stolen. Madeira police station was informed.

The Response was dispatched to attend to an alarm signal from a school in Zimbane. A kitchen window was reported broken. Keyholders were informed and confirmed nothing was taken.

A client called reporting a burglary at a house on Delville Road. The Supervisor was dispatched to investigate and reported that a backroom that was broken into. The door and the burglar guard were forced opened and a school bag was stolen. There was no alarm in the backroom to alert anyone of the burglary.

A panic signal was received from a store on Sutherland Street. 4x Armed suspects entered the shop when they were closing, the suspects demanded cash from the cashier. An unknown amount of money was taken before they fled. The Police were informed.

A client called reporting there had been a break-in at a house on Yellowwood Street. Someone was seen jumping over the gate. It was reported that the suspect broke into a backroom and stole clothing items, a DVD player and a bag. The Response attempted a search for the suspect but was unsuccessful.

An alarm was not armed at a church in Norwood, the keyholder called reporting a break-in. The Response reported that the intruders had already left. The Response searched the surrounding area, for the suspects, but could not locate them. Some of the stolen goods were recovered outside near the gate. The Police were informed.

A panic signal was received from a food outlet on Sutherland Street. 2x Armed suspects demanded money from the cashiers. An employee also alerted an off-duty colleague who contacted Protek, however, the Response had already been dispatched but the suspects had fled before they arrived. The Police were informed.

A panic signal was received from a tavern in Qokolweni, and the response was dispatched. Keyholders were contacted and they reported a fight. The Response confirmed an altercation between a drunk barman and his girlfriend. The situation was defused by the Response.

A security company called reporting a panic signal from a store at Circus Triangle. The Response was dispatched and reported that 3x suspects shoplifted a pair of sneakers and fled. No one saw them leaving with it, staff noticed an empty space in the aisle.

A client called reporting a robbery taking place at a liquor store in Libode. Police were informed and later a security company confirmed that a large sum of money and 5x bottles of whiskey was stolen.

A client called and reported that they saw someone exiting a window at home on Mangala Street. The Response was dispatched and reported that 2x cell phones and a handbag were stolen. Police were informed, and the client was advised to open a case at the Police station.

The Response was dispatched after receiving panic signals from a store in Slovo Park. Communication with the client could not be established although they were heard coughing on the phone. The reported 5x intruders gained access through the roof and stole a small sum of money. They attempted to gain access to the client's secured bedroom, spraying pepper spray in a, fortunately, failed attempt to force the client out of the room. The suspects had fled, the Police were informed and responded to the scene.

A client called reporting an intruder accosting the guests at a guest house on Errol Spring Avenue. The Response was dispatched and reported that an intruder jumped over the fence and started causing problems with the guest. The intruder was apprehended by the Response and taken to the Police station.

A security company called reporting a panic signal from a store in the Plaza Shopping Centre. The Response was dispatched, upon arrival, they were informed that 11x armed suspects entered the store and demanded money from the tills before fleeing the scene.

The Response was dispatched after getting multiple panic signals from a store on York Road, a call was also received, reporting a robbery in progress. The Police were dispatched for back-up. The Response and the Police arrived on scene and were told the robbers are still inside the shop. However, after a search of the store, it was established that the intruders had fled. A guard had been shot by the intruders, and unfortunately, even though he was transported by Ambulance and received medical care, he succumbed to his injuries in hospital. It was confirmed that the intruders did not manage to steal anything.

The Response met with a man in the street, he informed them there are people breaking into a service provider on Indwe Street. The Response investigated and met with the guard who reported a diff from the truck was stolen. The client, who was away, was informed and said they will only check the following day. The Police were informed.

A call was received from a client reporting a case of vandalism at a transport provider on Victoria Street. A disgruntled customer, who was late for her bus and left behind, proceeded to demand a refund, which was allegedly produced. The customer continued causing a scene and damaged property within the building. The Police were informed.
