A client called to report an armed robbery in progress at a supermarket in Libode. The Police were alerted. A security company confirmed that 4x armed suspects entered the store at the closing time demanding cash. A guard was shot in the leg and the intruders escaped with a large sum of money, cigarettes and keys.

A panic signal was received from a house on Vukuthu Street. A call was also received from the client reporting intruders on the premises. The Response was dispatched and upon arrival, they were informed that the intruders forced open the gate. They did not take anything as they were disturbed by the alarm.

A client called requesting assistance at a building supplier in New Brighton. The Response reported that 3x armed suspects stabbed and robbed the security guard of his cell phone and some money from his pocket.

The neighbour of a client, from Mbuqe Park, called to report the client was trapped in her home. The Response was advised by the neighbour to force their way into the house. The client was discovered lying down inside. An ambulance was contacted, and the client was transported to the hospital to receive medical care.

A security company called reporting an alarm signal at a supermarket in Myezo. The Response was dispatched and reported there had been an attempted ATM bombing, and that the suspects failed to get to the money. The Police were informed.

The Response was dispatched after receiving a panic signal from a petrol station in Myezo. They reported that card scammers had robbed a tourist of his bank card. They fled in an Avanza and a Golf. The Police were informed and advised the tourist to open a case at the Police station.

A panic signal was received from a financial service provider on Sprigg Street. The Response was dispatched and upon arrival were informed of an armed robbery which took place. It was confirmed that 3x suspects pretended to be customers before brandishing a gun and demanding money from the safe. A large sum of money was taken. The Police were informed.

A panic was received from a petrol station in Myezo after card scammers attempted to rob a tourist which they had escorted from the airport. Someone frightened the suspects off, by firing a shot. The suspects fled and the Police were informed.

The Response was dispatched to investigate an alarm signal from a sports club on Park Road. Upon arrival, they discovered a break-in. The kitchen door was broken, the keyholders were contacted. It was confirmed that nothing had been taken.

A panic signal was received from a liquor store in Mveliso. The Response was dispatched and upon their arrival were informed that suspicious customers had been in the store asking for a quote. When these customers were left alone, they were seen on the camera, taking pictures of the office. The client asked that Protek remain on high alert and respond immediately to any subsequent alarm or panic signals from the store.

A panic signal and a call were received from a client at a house on Vukuthu Street. The Response attended to the call and reported attempted car theft. The suspects fled the scene before the Response arrived, leaving the car behind.

The Response investigated a call out at a supermarket on Sutherland Street. An armed robbery was confirmed. 3x Armed suspects entered the store and demanded cash from the staff, they managed to get a sum of money from the tills and took some liquor before fleeing. The Police were informed.

A client called reporting intruders on site of a gas provider on Kalika Street. The Response was dispatched and was informed by the guard that he had heard gas cylinders being dragged on the floor and that he had witnessed a suspect jump over a wall. The Response investigated next-door and managed to recover 1x gas cylinder. Later, 2x gas cylinders were recovered as well. The Police were informed, and the suspects were eventually apprehended.

A client called reporting a robbery at a clothing store in the City Centre, during which they could not trigger the panic alarm. It was reported that 8x armed suspects (men and women) entered the store and demanded cash and stock. The suspects took a large number of cell phones, clothing items and money from the tills. The Police were informed.

The Response was dispatched after getting an alarm signal from a panel beater on Progress Street. Upon arrival, they were informed by the guard that someone was caught stealing tyres. The culprit was handed over to the Response and then taken to the Police station.
