A security company reported a robbery at a courier service on Timber Street. A key holder was contacted and upon the investigation of the office, they could not confirm if anything had been taken. The Police were informed.

A client called to report a robbery that was occurring at the same courier service on Timber Street. The Response and the Police arrived at the scene and were informed that a group of suspects had stolen boxes of cellphones and laptops, loaded them into a Toyota Fortuner and a company van before fleeing toward Southridge. After an extensive search of the area the 2 empty vehicles were found in an abandoned lot, the suspects were nowhere to be seen.

A panic signal was received from a petrol station on Nelson Mandela Drive. The Response attended and was informed that a suspect had filled up with R500 worth of petrol and then fled the scene without paying.

An alarm signal was received from a communications tower in Myezo. The Response was dispatched and reported that there was a hole in a fence. At the time the client could not be contacted to determine whether the hole was created recently or not.

A security company reported an armed robbery at a grocery store on Momelezi Street. Several armed suspects cut a hole in the fence. They entered the main office and demanded keys and access through the building from the client. A safe was loaded onto a bakkie owned by the client, which were later recovered in Bongweni although the safe had been emptied.

A panic signal was received from a supply store on Sprigg Street. The response reported 2x armed suspects had taken the money from the tills and demanded the keys to the safe, they were unable to open the safe and fled. The panic button was pressed after they escaped, Police were informed.

An alarm signal was received from a cellular shop on Elliot Street. The Response reported that a driver had lost control of their vehicle and smashed into the front of the store. The driver was present and prepared to report to the police station.

An alarm signal was received from a school on Thornhill Road. A positive burglary was reported by the Response. It was determined that the intruders broke through a door and forced the burglar gate open. Clients were informed and sent someone to inspect, they could not tell what had been taken. The Police were informed and are investigating the security guard.

Multiple alarm signals were received from a house on Sisson Street. The client first reported that all was fine, after further contact an attempted burglary was confirmed. The alarm’s wires were damaged from the outside, the client believes they saw the 4x suspects walking down the street when arriving home.

A panic signal was received from a store on Madeira Street. 3x Armed suspects entered the store and demanded money from the tills as there was no money, they took cellphones, a wallet, and car keys before fleeing without the car. The Police were informed.

The Response attended to a panic signal from a hardware store on York Road. It was reported that an armed robbery had taken place, 2x armed suspects entered the store and stole a significant amount of money from the tills before fleeing.

An alarm signal was received from a bottle store in Viedgesville. The Response was dispatched, while security, keyholders, and the Police were contacted. A positive burglary was reported by the Response, alcohol had been taken. The store’s guard was found in a clinic he had been badly beaten but receiving medical attention and will recover.

An alarm signal was received from a high school in Bashee. The clients could not be contacted, the Police were dispatched and reported a positive burglary. The client had eventually been contacted and in the morning confirmed that a projector, speaker, and a bag containing student’s cellphones, was stolen.

An alarm signal was received, and the Response was dispatched to a workshop on Progress Street. They discovered an attempted burglary where the door had been broken open, they could not get through the burglar gate inside. The client confirmed that nothing had been taken.

The Response attended to an alarm signal from a car service on Errol Spring Avenue. On arrival, a backpack containing a grinder and spanners was discovered by the investigator who then requested the keys. After searching the interior, a man was found hiding inside, and the response apprehended the suspect and delivered him to the police station.

A client called to report that intruders were inside a gym on Victoria Street. The Response was dispatched, and the Police were contacted for back-up. A hole was discovered in a fence and a window was broken, the intruders had grabbed a speaker that was left and recovered in the yard. No suspects were found.

The response was dispatched to investigate an alarm signal received from a training centre in Ikwezi. A positive burglary was reported, a window had been broken. A client attended to open the building, inside there were holes in the ceiling which the intruders used to enter. Around 12 brand new computers were reported stolen. Police were informed.

A panic signal was received from a house in Mbuqe Extension, and the Response was dispatched to investigate. The client called to report a burglary soon after. It was reported that two tyres were stolen from a car that was parked outside the garage.

An alarm signal was received from a school in Northcrest, the Response was dispatched. Upon investigation a positive burglary was confirmed, the front door had been broken through and the burglar bars forced open. It was determined that around 14 laptops were stolen. The security guard on site was completely unaware of the burglary and the clients could not be reached for some time. Police were informed and the client said they would open a case in the morning.

A client called to report a burglary overnight at a cellular store on Madeira Street. The intruders had broken through the roof and damaged the alarm. It was reported that stock including laptops and cellphones had been stolen.

A client called to report a burglary at a building on Stanley Nelson Drive. There were no signs of forced entry, the garage door, and the door leading to the house was left unlocked. Stationery, clothes, and cooldrink were reported stolen.

Later that day a panic signal was received from the same property. The Response investigated and reported that a man was apprehended while trying to break into a car. The suspect was discovered wearing clothes that had been stolen the night before. The suspect confessed and was handed over to the Police, he revealed the location of the stolen goods including a cellphone which had been sold.
