A client called to report a burglary at a school in Ngqeleni. Suspects gained access to an unprotected classroom, lacking an alarm. They proceeded to crawl through the ceiling and access the staff room where a safe was cut open and several laptops were stolen.

A panic signal was received from a supermarket in Slovo. 4x Suspects collected groceries and then fled without paying. The Response attended to the call, however, the suspects had escaped. The police were informed of the shoplifting.

Panic signals were received from a general store on Bridge Street. On arrival, the Response was informed of an armed robbery. 3x Suspects entered the store and demanded the money from the tills before fleeing.

A security company called in to report a panic signal from a clothing store on Eagle Street. The Response was informed of an armed robbery. 5x Armed suspects entered the store and demanded the money from the tills. The Police were contacted.

An alarm signal was received from a house in Marambeni. The Response discovered that intruders had used ladders from the yard to gain access through the garage roof. After being granted permission, from the absent residents, the response entered through the roof and found that many of the valuables had not been taken. A laptop was discovered in the street nearby and was returned to a neighbour.

An alarm signal was received from a business in Ngolo location. The Response discovered that an armed robbery had taken place earlier, one person had been shot and was rushed to a hospital to receive medical attention. 5x Armed suspects climbed the fence, held up the guards and damaged cameras before loading several power tools into a Toyota bakkie.

A panic signal was received from a bank on York Street. Upon inspection, it was determined that a customer had been robbed of their money, inside the bank, as they attempted to make a deposit. Police advised the customer to open a case at the Police station.

A panic signal was received from a supermarket on Bridge Street. While dispatching the Response the client called to inform of an armed robbery, although advised to have the Police attend as well, however, the client claimed it was only a small amount of cash and cigarettes, so the Police do not need to waste their time.

A shoplifter was caught stealing products from a cosmetic store on Chatam Street. A client requested the Response, who then confirmed the matter had been settled as someone arrived to pay for all the stolen items and the client decided to not press charges against the shoplifter.

A store on Zanemali Road had a burglary in the early hours of the morning. The locks had been cut off the roller door to gain access, the security guard was tied up and dumped near the premises. Suspects used a grinder to open the safe and made off with an undisclosed amount of money.

A security company reported a panic signal from a supermarket on Elliot and Bridge Street. 4x Unarmed suspects lifted a case of alcohol from a delivery truck. At the same time, another supermarket on Bridge and Harrow Street was reported to have panic signals going off, the same 4x suspects intimidated staff and stole money from the tills and alcohol before fleeing.

An alarm signal was received from a clinic on Craister Street. The Response reported a positive burglary, the back door and security bars were damaged to gain access. They could not confirm what was taken, a guard was sent by the client to monitor the premises overnight.

A panic signal was received from a fast food outlet at the Plaza shopping centre. It was reported that 2x Armed suspects entered the store while 2 more stood outside the entrance. They took the money from the tills but when a guard was alerted to the robbery and fired a shot, they dropped the bag of money and fled.

A panic signal was received from a petrol station in Myezo. It was reported that tourists had been robbed of their bank cards. Fortunately, they transferred their money to alternative accounts to avoid any withdrawals.

A panic signal was received from a tyre shop on Madeira Street. While a tyre was being changed armed suspects pointed a firearm and demanded the tyre before fleeing, after which the panic was pressed. The Response was asked to standby while another tyre was fitted.

An alarm signal was received from a house in Chris Hani Park. The Response attended and confirmed a burglary, the front door and security gate were damaged to gain access. A television was stolen. The client arranged for a guard to be stationed overnight.

The Response attended to a panic signal from a supply store on Sprigg Street. A suspect entered the store grabbed and stole 2x car batteries then fled the scene before the Response had arrived.

In the early hours, an opening signal was received from a liquor store in Ngqeleni. A security manager was contacted, they determined that a staff member had been forcibly taken from home to open the store. The Police were patrolling the area and engaged in a shootout with the suspects, who then managed to escape. Nothing had been taken from the store.

A client called to report a burglary which occurred at a clothing store on York Road. The intruders broke in through the roof and stole money and cellphones from the safe before exiting the same way.

A client called to report a burglary, at a butchery on Elliot Street, which occurred overnight. The intruders cut a hole in the roof and pulled out the alarm panel, they then proceeded to grind the ATM open and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

A panic signal was received from a supermarket in Slovo. An armed robbery by 3x suspects was confirmed by the response. They stole money before fleeing in a grey VW Polo. The Police were informed.

A panic signal was received from a fast food outlet on Sutherland Street. The response attended and discovered a robbery in progress, 4x armed suspects were attempting to rob the place. 1 of the suspects was apprehended by the response and handed over to the police, unfortunately, the other 3 managed to escape.

A panic signal was received from a supply store on Bridge Street. The Response was informed of a robbery which occurred. 4x Suspects armed with a firearm and knives intimidated staff and demanded the money from the tills before fleeing.
